Thrifted blazer – Victoria Secret tee – Ross jeans – Vintage boots

I wore this on Saturday for a double date with our favorite couple, Chris and Ashley. Ashley and I were the advertising program together at BYU and became best buds. Because both our husbands were from Colorado, we always talked about how fun it would be if we both ended up there 10 years down the road. One year later, after New York, Chicago, and Florida internships between us, we ended up 15 minutes away from each other. The ridiculousness of it is that we don’t get together near enough. But Saturday night, the stars aligned and we went to dinner and then saw Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close. I don’t know about you, but I shed tears in movies. I think there were 7 different tears! That’s a lot of movie tears people! So wear waterproof liner, grab a tissue, and go see it.

    I’ve been staring at my closet for 30 minutes trying to put red and pink together. I jump onto my Reader and see all you ladies doing it so well. I just don’t have enough pink in my closet!

    I want to see that movie SO bad, but spencer doesn’t think he can handle it (living here during 9/11 and all). Also, I love the red and pink! I randomly wore it as well, not realizing it was EBEW. How ironic (or not).

    I don’t cry at movies very often, except Pixar’s. Pixar knows how to twist your tear ducts like it’s their business… which it kinda is. I just watched “Up” again over the weekend for the 100th time and I still cried my eyes out.
